Is your permanent exhibition for free?
There is no fee for the permanent exhibition "Imprisoned in Hohenshönhausen". Audio-Guides in six languages are available and also for free.
Is a visit of the museum barrier free?
Unfortunately, the guided tours through the historical buildings are not barrier free. There are some stairs in the former prison. Users of wheelchairs and walking frames should plan for that.
The permanent exhibition "Imprisoned in Hohenschönhausen" however is accessible without any barriers.
Is there parking space in front of the museum?
Yes, there is. There are eight parking lots for busses and enough space for cars.
Please note: We kindly ask you to point out to bus drivers to use the marked parking spaces for busses only and to not leave the engine running needlessly. Due to residents‘ complaints public authorities supervise traffic regulations on a
regular basis. In case of infringement traffic violation fines are to be payed.
